aftermath of typhoon #10 (香港10號颶風之後)

(1) flooding everywhere becuz of drainage blocked by leaves/rubbish

(2) old trees down but i wonder if our gov't would plant new trees. in the past (sorry not to admire any old local or foreign gov't), wherever trees were gone, they planted new trees for both landscape and environmental protection (heat & CO2 obsorb).
